Naturopathic therapies

As a naturopath, I search for the cause of your health problems. Not every illness or ailment can be permanently resolved with the help of conventional medicine by taking traditional medication.

A holistic approach can help here. The prerequisite for targeted and individual therapy is a detailed and open anamnesis interview, a diagnosis supplemented by laboratory tests, as well as your interest in a healthy lifestyle and willingness to actively participate. Only together as a team can we contribute to your recovery and well-being. As a naturopath, I see myself as your pioneer; you must be ready to take the first step towards change.

The aim of naturopathic therapy is to strengthen the body's own healing powers. Usually only a small stimulus is needed to trigger a desired reaction. Stimulus activation is the basic principle in naturopathy.

Body, mind and soul play an equal role and should be in harmonious balance with each other. I rely on the use of nature. With natural remedies and various therapies, I try to help you in myPractice for health and relaxationto help you build balance and improve your health.

As part of my holistic approach, I include body, mind and soul in naturopathic therapies. The goal is to regain a harmonious balance. The therapies are tailored to the needs of the patient and can be used preventively or, depending on the symptoms, in addition to conventional medicine.
