Kirsten Sander

Member of the Association of German Alternative Practitioners

After working in business for over 20 years, my job meant that I was repeatedly confronted with very complex and time-critical tasks. I therefore learned and deepened my knowledge of various relaxation techniques in order to remain calm and keep an overview even in very stressful situations. Later, during a 3-year full-time training course at the Hessian School of Alternative Medicine Rhein-Main in Hochheim, I expanded the range of services to include naturopathic therapies in order to be able to look at and help people as a whole. Since naturopathy has always been a big hobbyhorse for me, I have realized my long-held dream of becoming a naturopath.

I see myself as a pioneer and source of inspiration, and I want to show ways to achieve greater well-being and health. As a bridge to conventional medicine, I want to help people achieve more balance with individual naturopathic treatment concepts. To do this, I take the time to deal with each patient individually.

In order to be able to offer a high quality in my practice as well as in my treatment approaches, I regularly continue my training.
