Relaxation Idstein would like to show you ways to better deal with the stressful situations of everyday life, to achieve a reasonable balance between work and leisure, to take preventive measures and to learn various relaxation techniques - for example in the form of relaxation courses.

Choose for your relaxation training:

  • Group courses that take place at regular intervals or
  • Private lessons that can be arranged individually. These are particularly suitable if you like to practice alone, want to set your own learning pace or if the course times do not fit into your daily schedule. I offer you a program tailored to your needs.

If you want to treat yourself to a break from your stressful everyday life or even give a dear friend/family member a voucher for a wellness massage (gemstone massage, singing bowl massage, Tai Chi massage or hot stone), then you have come to the right place.
